What ritual do you work through when you’re planning out for a new month in your business?

Q1: WHAT ARE THREE THINGS YOU WERE GRATEFUL FOR LAST MONTH?

These could be related to business wins, hurdles you overcame or positive changes in your personal life that you feel gratitude for.

Think about what you are grateful for and tap into the energy of how each one feels – allow that energy to wash over you. 

Q2: WHAT NEGATIVITY / DISAPPOINTMENT CAN YOU LET GO OF FROM LAST MONTH?

Let whatever came up for you GO. Take a deep breath, hold for a moment and as you release the breath – release the negativity. Quiet your inner critic, let your inner cheerleader take the stage and be kind to yourself. 

Q3: WHAT IS ONE KEY INTENTION FOR YOUR WORK AND ONE KEY INTENTION FOR YOUR PERSONAL LIFE FOR THE NEW MONTH? 

Allow these intentions to really land. Keep them somewhere you can see them each day. Connect to how you will FEEL when you achieve them. Then get to it! 

Q4: WHAT IS YOUR WORD OF THE MONTH FOR YOUR BUSINESS? 

Lots of people have words for the year – why not also have a word for each month to help guide your business and its direction more closely?
